My computer recently needed a hard drive replacement.When the guy reinstalled Windows Media Center, he also installed Nero 6 OEM.When I attempted to back up my dvds using DVD Cloner, the process failed.I then attempted to use CloneDVD and ConvertXtoDVD, but they also failed.The only program that works is Nero.So, I uninstalled Nero to see if it was causing the problem, but the programs still failed to work.I tried to ask my computer guy about the problem, but he’s out of town for the next few weeks.Does anyone know what could be wrong?
I don’t think that’s the problem.I burned at 4x with each program.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the programs I mentioned because they’re the ones I always use.I was wondering if there was anyway that my computer guy could have made it where the programs wouldn’t work.Is there any way he could have made Nero the only burning program I could use?
