phenom II coming out soon, I would save comments after then. Being a biased AMD guy, I still think Intel q6600 is the best bet right now. Probably not for long when the old phenom processors will be going for less than 100
It must be the cooling. i´ve got the same processor and it´s never too hot.

I think AMD Athlon 64 3200+ is the better!
Now…I use AMD Athlon 64 3200+ is very fast but the CPU is very hot! (60 C)
this proves they are about the same, so why be assholes about which is better?

Very good, intel and amd are excellent
amd’s are good for a single aplication … intel’s are good for multiple … and amd’s are cheaper and efficently so?

I use to like amd but I started having problems with it when it came to stressfull & heavyloading aplications that I used & then I would get all kind of blue screens. But now with my qx9650, im playing crysis while rendering hd videos with no problem but I was using the amd back in 2003, they probably got better but Im not gonna try to find out.
