Why didn’t Norton stop Trojan Jakposh from getting into my Windows registry?

Try macafee total protection free trial its been working good so far for me and if that doesn’t work try using windows restore to the day before you got the the trojan and if that doesn’t work take your comp to get the harddrive wiped out but make a copy of important files and put them on a safe CD.
